Job Description
We're looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in Portugal, where you'll be the go-to person for all things HR for around 260 colleagues across our TUI Tech Portugal entity.
The role will be published until 15th May (please note that due to high volumes of applications, we may close the role earlier than the advertised date).
ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
- Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
- A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
- Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
- Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.
ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll manage the complete employee journey from day one to their last, handling everything from onboarding experiences to offboarding interviews.
- Payroll processing and validation will be in your hands, including salary calculations, on-call amounts, and tracking absences to make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.
- Our employee benefits programmes need your expertise to keep them running smoothly, acting as the bridge between our people and external providers whilst keeping everyone informed of updates.
- Maintaining accurate HR data across our systems is crucial, and you'll develop monthly reports for our HR Analytics team whilst supporting global projects with quality data.
- You'll manage contracts and templates, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Leading local HR projects and improving our HR operations processes will keep things fresh, whilst you oversee our HRIS to track everything from employee data to benefits.
ABOUT YOU
- You've got a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, though we're open to discussing equivalent experience if you've got the skills we need.
- Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role is essential, ideally where you've handled the full spectrum of HR activities.
- HRIS and payroll systems don't intimidate you—you're proficient in using them and can manage data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Your communication skills shine whether you're supporting employees with their queries, collaborating with managers, or coordinating with external benefits providers.
From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.
We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
