Job Description

Al unirte a TUI Global Business Services como Gestor de P2P, ayudarás con las actividades de Cuentas por Pagar (AP) dentro de Global Finance Services para brindar un alto nivel de servicio a los clientes internos y externos.


SOBRE EL TRABAJO

  • Asistir en la gestión de cuentas de proveedores, brindando a las entidades y negocios de TUI MM el soporte adecuado al ciclo de Cuentas por Pagar, asegurando que todas las actividades contables cumplan con las políticas de la compañía.
  • Preparar propuestas de pago y garantizar que los pagos se procesen de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Procesar facturas de proveedores, responder consultas, apoyar los controles financieros y proporcionar información financiera oportuna, completa y precisa al negocio.
  • Analizar discrepancias entre los montos facturados y los costos de servicio, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos operativos para resolverlas.
  • Asegurar la conciliación de saldos de proveedores mediante información completa y actualizada.
  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores y partes interesadas internas a través de una comunicación clara y efectiva.

SOBRE TI

  • Licenciatura o equivalente en un campo relacionado (por ejemplo, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o similar)
  • Es obligatorio un buen nivel de inglés y español, tanto escrito como verbal
  • Posibilidad de utilizar herramientas de MS Office como Word, Outlook y Excel
  • Alguien con habilidades numéricas comprobadas y perspicacia contable
  • Alguien con un enfoque metódico y organizado hacia la ejecución de las tareas asignadas
  • Alguien con la capacidad de trabajar con un equipo multinacional.
  • Experiencia en ERP (planificación de recursos empresariales), SAP sería una ventaja.
