What you’ll build
In this role, you will be responsible to support maintenance of employee data related to
- Contractual variations
- Handling of e-documents
- Onsite handling of documents – printing / shipping
- Personal data changes
- One-off payment processing
- Update all documents necessary for the processing of personnel administration based on required changes
- Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in organization data processing
- Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees, and managers
- Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that require learning
- Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
Note: The above listed tasks are just an example. The concrete scope of responsibilities will be assigned upon joining the team and in accordance with the working time.
What you bring
In this paid role no specific formal qualifications are required; previous experience is a plus.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 30 hours/week availability
- 12 months availability (limited contract)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong service focus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable time-management and ability to meet deadlines
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability and a fast, proactive learning approach
- Experience with SAP HR tools is an advantage
