The role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels: setting technical direction, contributing to architecture, supporting delivery planning, reviewing code and design decisions, and helping the team continuously improve.
You will act as a senior technical point of contact for the team, helping to balance product priorities, platform standards, engineering quality, security, reliability and long-term maintainability. You will also support the growth of engineers in the team by creating a positive engineering culture built on collaboration, learning, constructive challenge and technical excellence.
