  • Deliver polished, show-ready models that meet creative and technical standards.

Guest Experience – Model Shop Attraction

  • Represent the Model Shop and Model Builders through engaging guest interactions.

  • Share insights into the design and build process through demonstrations and storytelling.

  • Support Q&A moments, guest activities, and interactive experiences.

  • Maintain show quality and ensure the Model Shop remains visually compelling and thematically accurate.

Projects Department Collaboration

  • Partner with the Projects team during early concept development.

  • Participate in project kick-offs and feasibility discussions.

  • Create diagrams, sketches, and visual documentation for planning and presentations.

  • Assist with installations to maintain design integrity.

Model & Show Quality Maintenance

  • Inspect and maintain LEGO models across the Resort.

  • Clean, repair, and restore models affected by weather or guest interaction.

  • Support scenic upkeep and finishing work for Technical Services.
