At Mars Petcare Australia, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to join our collaborative and high-performing Supply Chain team.

This is a unique hybrid role based across our Melbourne office and the Coles Head Office, giving you rare, end-to-end exposure to both sides of the customer supply chain.

As the VRP for Coles, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are in the right place, at the right time—maximising availability, service, and efficiency, while keeping costs in check.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Coles and Mars teams to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time
  • Managing daily replenishment and ordering aligned to demand and logistics constraints
  • Investigating supply issues and working cross-functionally to resolve root cause
  • Producing time-critical daily reports (e.g. DIFOT reporting, service risk outlook)
  • Collaborating with National Account Managers on promotions and event planning
  • Monitoring stock levels, ageing, and warehouse performance to reduce waste and optimise flow
  • Supporting range changes, new product launches, and deletions
  • Reviewing forecasts and order plans to ensure seamless supply
