Deliver best practice customer service through a combination of operational excellence and customer centricity initiatives. Drive excellence in supply chain together with other functions in the market.
The Job entails cross-functional interaction between Sales, SC Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in supply chain roles is considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of English and Bulgarian language
- Good communication skills, customer oriented, problem solving, action oriented, strong planning and prioritizing skills;
- Experience using SAP / Atlas is preferable, as well as office productivity software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Professional and service-oriented communication with customers
- Efficient and timely execution of the order to cash process with different customer setups
- Preparing and processing of all credit and debit notes in accordance with established processes
- Communication and alignment on tasks with finance and other stakeholders related to period-end and year-end process
- Accurate and timely reporting on common KPIs -> casefill; invoice accuracy; perfect order etc. and preparation of deep-dives and action plans to improve unsatisfactory performance
- Contribution to the maintenance of master data by reflecting local-market status and ensuring quick correction of errors
- Attend logistics functional and cross-functional meetings with the purpose to drive performance and efficiency
- Documentation and updating of processes to establish a comprehensive repository of all CS activities in the market
- Training and execution of all processes related to quality -> hold notes; primp, product destructions, etc.
- Support in warehouse audits; stock counts; financial audits, logistics audits and other
- Lead and support roles on smaller CS-scope projects such as EDI implementations; item-master roll-outs; hands-free reporting and other
