1. 根据生产计划,合理安排生产。

2. 准确记录生产信息,准确及时将结果输入电子报告系统。

3. 监控并有效地控制生产线所涉及的质量控制点,符合达到要求,对于未到达设定标准的情况,应及时汇报上级经理。

4. 维持GMP水平符合工厂要求,严格执行PPE佩戴标准并监督区域同事及承包商的PPE佩戴情况。

5. 熟悉人车分流区域划分,并严格执行。

6. 合理控制在生产和换型过程中返工料和废料的产生。

7. 能够及时处理生产过程中发生的设备、工艺流程等方面异常,并及时汇报和寻求各支持部门同事帮助。

8. 完成班与班的在线交接工作,详细并准确的传递本班所有生产线信息。

9. 对于生产线产生的各种异常遵守汇报流程,及时详细的填写FMOS和PMOS系统。

10. 牵头按时保质完成设备的AM工作,并能及时发现设备异常,并汇报。

11. 能够提出对于生产线设备、流程、质量、安全等方面的改善建议,并与支持部门同事配合完成。

12. 熟练掌握BBS流程,并能完成既定的BBS卡目标。

13. 了解MSE流程,能够在AWT小组中担当角色。
