We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Order To Cash - Cash and Banking Lead to join our Mars Global Services team in Poland. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate management of financial accounts within the Accounts Receivable process. You will be responsible for leading functional performance, ensuring the quality of controls, and continuously improving our processes through automation and innovation. As a key business partner, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, guiding our financial operations to success.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Providing guidance and direction to our business partner organization and maintaining oversight of financial bank accounts.
Performing regular checks, audits, and reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure timely and accurate transaction recording.
Overseeing scorecard (KPI) results and collaborating with key leaders to keep business performance on track.
Ensuring the Accounts Receivable BPO team partners effectively with local stakeholders to drive controls excellence and deliver valuable insights.
Delivering results through an offshore team, providing ongoing coaching to align with Mars' culture and leadership competencies.
Driving sustainable compliance by assessing the effectiveness of internal processes, controls, and risks.
Maintaining ownership of the Internal Controls Environment (ICE) for the Accounts Receivable Framework and ensuring all audit requests are fulfilled.
Leading standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts across supported processes.
What are we looking for?
University degree in Finance and Accounting.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in O2C Cash application processes.
Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in Polish.
Mandatory working knowledge of High Radius and SAP.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and deliver strategic initiatives through influence.
Strong financial control acumen and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels.
Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions in complex business environments.
Lean Principles knowledge is preferred.
