Job Title: Program Manager – Maersk Ground Freight (MGF), IMEA
Position Purpose
The Program Manager will support the growth, performance, and governance of the IMEA Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) product by driving operational and financial performance management, pipeline governance, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role will act as the focal point for regional performance reporting, business reviews, growth initiatives, and strategic projects, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams. This role supports MGF growth initiatives, pipeline discipline, technology adoption, and performance governance activities reflected in current regional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Coordinate weekly and monthly MGF performance reviews across IMEA.
Monitor operational KPIs and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Track delivery against budget, forecast, productivity, and profitability targets.
Maintain regional action trackers and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Financial Performance
Consolidate and analyse revenue, gross profit, EBIT, and productivity performance.
Support monthly forecasting and budget tracking processes.
Monitor profitability improvement initiatives and cost optimisation projects.
Prepare financial performance insights and management reports.
Pipeline & Commercial Governance
Own regional pipeline reporting and governance processes.
Monitor pipeline health, qualification, conversion, and win ratios.
Highlight gaps against budget and growth targets.
Support commercial reviews and opportunity tracking with Area teams.
