This role is supporting our business with a heavy focus on simplification and transformation by being in close proximity with respective commercial teams. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop as an HR professional where you will build up your functional toolbox by having an impactful scope and responsibility, in addition to managing HR workstreams for organizational change projects via ensuring strong collaboration across key stakeholders, on-time execution and building new processes and playbooks as well as influencing global projects with local knowledge

Key Responsibilities
You will be deeply involved in partnering up with a diverse scope of leaders in our Commercial organizations businesses where you will both work on the implementation and steady state people partnering by ensuring that all people processes are handled in the right manner in addition to transformation and change management aspects.
Deliver support, including driving the annual People Function cycle and providing tactical and operational guidance and coaching to leaders on all People Function matters.
Stay up to date with Labor laws to ensure local compliance, conduct employee investigations, if required, in alignment with local and global stakeholders.
Assist with the creation and implementation of People Function-focused and company-based policies and procedures.
Manage the company-wide performance management process, including Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions.
Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and People Function SMEs across multiple countries to orchestrate, lead and coordinate NEC People Function projects and transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain reporting for critical People Function data in line with business needs. Coordinate and reconcile reports with Finance and People Function stakeholders, including SG&A Finance Business Partners, Payroll and Absenteeism Management. Use real-time people insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support leaders and local management in addressing them.

To succeed in this role, you should be a genuine people person who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike. In terms of skills and experience, we are looking for:
Solid experience as an HR generalist gained in a high-paced environment and deep understanding of HR fundamentals such as people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, and employee relations
Analytical thinker with a strong data and metrics mindset, able to translate insights into meaningful recommendations and actions.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, take ownership, work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local, regional and global People teams.
Ability to drive and lead initiatives spanning across multiple countries & business units through inspiring and engaging wider teams to deliver results
Knowledge of the local employment law, employer requirements and Works Council relationship management in North Europe Continent countries is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German/Dutch.
Flexible, adaptable and self-driven, with a positive can-do mindset and the resilience to navigate uncertainty, overcome challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Strong change management and facilitation skills, with the ability to support teams through complex transformation.
