Job Description

Strategic & Financial Management

• Oversee the full scope of Distribution Center (DC) operations with a focus on strategic planning and cost efficiency.
• Manage and be accountable for the operations team’s budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
• Drive initiatives for operational improvements and propose competitive value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and financial targets.

Operational Excellence

• Lead the planning and execution of warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance process efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure all operational activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and lawful standards.
• Oversee project implementation and execution, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.

Regulatory & PLB Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with PLB warehouse regulations, including customs procedures for bonded goods, export-import documentation, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in accordance with PLB requirements and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all levels of the warehouse team.
