Customer Success Partner

As a Customer Success Partner, you will work closely with account owners, handling our global Key Clients. The daily interaction with stakeholders on various levels around the world will be your main tasks. You will have interactions with senior management from of our own company but also exposure to the senior management of the client. Expanding the business and focusing on our different products are just some of the important tasks of your new role and together with your team colleagues you will be an extension of the Key Account Manager building a professional and highly engaged team.
Key responsibilities
- Be a Partner to the Key Account Manager and bring success in winning, retaining and growing business
- Account Management and develop strong, profitable and trustworthy long-term relationship with our Key Clients
- Compliance discussions & forecasting
- Upselling of Maersk Products and Solutions
- Tender handling, negotiations and implementation across brands (One Maersk approach)
- Strong stakeholder management across levels, functions and countries
- Escalation point for service delivery & collections
We are looking for
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills, both in written and spoken
- Willingness to take ownership
- Capable of working under pressure while keeping sight of the bigger picture and of the full business processes
- Good coordination and negotiation skills
- A true team player
- Strong knowledge about Maersk products, services and systems
- Eye for detail and a proactive nature
- Min. 5 years of experience within a commercial or operational function
