Technical Integrations Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Integrations Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us bridge the gap between complex technology and our restaurant partners, ensuring seamless growth for the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Restaurant Integrations team. We are the architects of the partner experience, responsible for building and maintaining the best food delivery platform for our restaurant partners globally.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Lead detailed planning from pre-kickoff to go-live, creating bespoke rollout plans and defining milestones for key accounts.
Master Stakeholder Relationships: Act as the primary bridge between external technology providers, restaurant partners, and internal engineering and product teams.
Optimise Integration Processes: Identify bottlenecks in the launch cycle and execute changes across product and business teams to make integrations faster and more streamlined.
Technical Troubleshooting & Risk Management: Anticipate technical hurdles, manage escalation paths, and resolve configuration issues to ensure successful product adoption.
Influence Product Roadmap: Analyse and aggregate partner feedback to help Product Management prioritise features that solve real-world partner challenges.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Technical Delivery: Significant experience in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management, or roles focused on the API integration lifecycle.
Stakeholder Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects across diverse technical and non-technical audiences, holding all parties accountable for delivery.
Technical Problem Solving: Strong understanding of SaaS-like configurations and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during the integration process.
Operational Excellence: Expert working knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management within a Scrum framework.
Autonomous Drive: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment without close supervision.
Nice to Have
Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve personal and team productivity.
