We’re looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our Kuwait team. In this role, you’ll help us empower small and medium-sized restaurant partners to thrive on our platform, driving their core business performance and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team. We are the dedicated partners for the heartbeat of our marketplace—the local, independent restaurants. We focus on scaling growth and building long-term value for thousands of partners simultaneously.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Portfolio Ownership: Manage a large portfolio of SMB partners, acting as their primary representative and ensuring they receive world-class service to build lasting partnerships.
Strategic Growth: Negotiate and develop long-term account plans, focusing on renewals, extensions, and the launch of new products or advertising revenue streams.
Performance Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns to improve key metrics, including restaurant retention, customer outcomes, and overall operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Consultation: Use data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities, proactively advising partners on how to unlock better value and accelerate revenue.
Omnichannel Engagement: Support your partners through a mix of high-impact communication methods, including voice, video, email, and strategic site visits.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Commercial Relationship Management: Significant experience in an Account Management or similar commercial role, with a proven track record of producing tangible business results.
Bilingual Communication: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
Negotiation & Influence: Strong ability to handle complex negotiations and manage diverse stakeholders with resilience and maturity.
Analytical Problem Solving: A solution-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of Excel or Google Sheets to back your decision-making with data.
Self-Starter Mentality: Highly organised and proactive, with the "get it done" mindset required to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace.
