Job Description
Operations Communication & Content Analyst
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for an Operations Communication & Content Analyst to join our Brussels team. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of operational execution and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that our communications to riders in Belgium are accurate, compliant, and continuously improved through insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Operations team. You will work closely with local stakeholders and Central Rider Communications teams to deliver operational and regulatory messages, managing the full campaign lifecycle for the Belgian market.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the setup, testing, and launch of rider communications across email, in-app, and web platforms using CRM tools (Braze).
Audience Segmentation: Set up and validate complex audience segments, ensuring all mandatory approval and documentation processes are followed with zero errors.
Compliance & Coordination: Partner with Legal, Policy, and Central CRM teams to ensure all communications meet strict regulatory requirements and tax-related standards.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse engagement metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the rider lifecycle (activation, retention, and reactivation).
Stakeholder Management: Act as the proactive link between local and central teams, providing visibility on timelines, blockers, and documentation of campaign outcomes.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Trilingual Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
CRM & Technical Skills: Significant experience with CRM tools (ideally Braze) and proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets and Looker.
Analytical Foundation: Strong ability to work with data to assess campaign performance and support high-stakes operational decisions.
Meticulous Accuracy: High attention to detail with a proven ability to follow structured processes within strict compliance frameworks.
Organisational Strength: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience specifically in rider or courier operations within the gig economy.
Experience managing tax-related or authority-driven communication initiatives.
