Operations Analyst Intern (6 Months)

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst for a 6 months (Full-time internship) to join our Brussels team. In this role, you’ll help us continuously improve operational performance to deliver the best possible value to our customers, riders, and restaurant partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Belgium Operations team. We are the engine room of the local marketplace, balancing the needs of our three-sided ecosystem to ensure every delivery is seamless. You will support both day-to-day performance tracking and long-term strategic projects.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Monitor and report on performance: Use various data sources to build dashboards and reports that track delivery network KPIs across Belgium.

• Identify growth opportunities: Spot trends and inefficiencies in our operations to propose data-backed improvements.

• Drive operational initiatives: Support the design and execution of frameworks that optimise delivery speed and service quality.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams to execute actions that improve overall market performance.

• Solve complex problems: Conduct deep-dive analyses to justify recommendations and help evolve our operational model.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Engineering, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or equivalent).

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights clearly.

• Highly organised mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks against tight deadlines.

• A proactive, curious approach and a desire to challenge the status quo within a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
