Job Description

Corporate Account Manager, Deliveroo for Work

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our Deliveroo for Work team in Belgium. In this role, you’ll manage a high-value portfolio of corporate partners, helping them solve workplace problems through amazing food experiences and driving the evolution of the modern office.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work business unit, the top provider of workplace food solutions. You will be the face of Deliveroo for our Belgian corporate clients, building deep relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives to ensure we are their preferred food partner.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a large portfolio of Belgian corporate accounts, meeting stakeholders both remotely and face-to-face.

  • Strategic Growth: Create and implement account-specific growth strategies to maximise revenue and help clients solve complex workplace catering challenges.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use reports and dashboards to deep-dive into client behaviour, identify opportunities for expansion, and communicate tangible value back to your partners.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Rider Ops to drive efficiencies and deliver innovative end-to-end food projects for your clients.

  • Product Advocacy: Act as a product expert, demonstrating new Deliveroo for Work functionality to clients as it is released to ensure they are getting the most out of our technology.

  • New Account Onboarding: Work closely with Business Development Managers to seamlessly transition new accounts into your portfolio and ensure a world-class first experience.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • B2B Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing B2B relationships, specifically in partnerships, sales, or account management.

  • Commercial Mindset: A natural commercial attitude with the ability to navigate the corporate world and negotiate at the C-suite level.

  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with the ability to use data to tell a story and influence commercial direction.

  • Multilingualism: Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French (preferably) to serve the diverse Belgian market effectively.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who exhibits tenacity and a "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to multitask, manage complex projects, and maintain high attention to detail.
