Emirati Programme Coordinator - UAE National

We are seeking an Emirati Programme Coordinator to support the development, engagement, and progression of Emirati employees across Deliveroo UAE. This role will play a key part in supporting Emiratisation objectives by coordinating learning initiatives, enhancing the employee experience for Emirati talent, and working closely with the wider People and Learning teams.

What you will be adding

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional passionate about people development, national talent growth, and continuous learning.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Act as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries to the relevant teams.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training and development opportunities for the Emirati employees.

  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives, opportunities, and programmes for the Emirati employee population.

  • Gather and analyse feedback from Emirati employees to improve their overall experience and support needs.

  • Stay informed on national talent development priorities and best practices related to Emirati workforce engagement.

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes for Emirati employees

  • Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills

  • Proactive & able to work independently

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development

  • Hybrid working

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or graduate roles)
