CRM Marketing Associate – UAE National

We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us execute high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty across the Middle East.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Marketing team for Deliveroo Middle East. We are responsible for driving brand and business growth across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar by developing customer-centric strategies that build awareness and optimise traffic in a fast-paced marketplace.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
End-to-end Campaign Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns, from initial build and proofing to final deployment and approval.
Multi-Channel Messaging: Create engaging, dynamic content for emails, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app banners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Calendar Management: Coordinate the BAU marketing calendar, ensuring all restaurant, vertical, and seasonal initiatives are launched on time.
Segmentation & Targeting: Partner with the CRM Specialist to obsess over customer and merchant segmentation, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor CRM activities weekly to ensure Deliveroo remains at the forefront of the industry.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
CRM Expertise: Significant experience in CRM marketing, specifically in managing high-volume campaign deployments.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML (for email troubleshooting) and experience using enterprise-level CRM platforms (Braze preferred).
Data Fluency: Proven ability to work with databases and segmentation, with experience using data visualisation tools like Looker.
Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, and Global teams under tight deadlines.
Eligibility: Must hold a UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) and possess full English fluency.
Nice to Have
Experience within a fast-paced marketplace or tech-driven environment.
A passion for technical marketing and experimentation.
