Senior CRM Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Middle East team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar by managing end-to-end CRM campaigns that resonate with our local customers and obsessing over clever segmentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Middle East Marketing team. We are responsible for driving brand and business growth across the region, using customer-centric methodologies and data-led strategies to refine how we engage with our marketplace.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of CRM campaigns—from build and proofing to send and approval—covering seasonal initiatives, restaurant launches, and new verticals.
Multi-Channel Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of engaging content across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app banners, and in-app messages in a timely and effective manner.
Localised Messaging: Develop marketing messages in both English and Arabic that resonate with local audiences and drive meaningful engagement.
Data & Segmentation: Pull and interpret data for precise targeting, ensuring we are reaching the right segments with the right content.
Optimization & Testing: Drive "test and learn" strategies to optimize templates and content, establishing CRM best practices based on performance data.
Insight & Reporting: Conduct post-campaign analysis and track competitor activities, pulling out key learnings to guide future marketing strategies.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
CRM Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM (3+ years for Senior/Executive level roles).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HTML for template adjustments and experience with email deployment tools (Braze preferred).
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience working with databases and data visualization tools (Looker preferred) to drive segmentation and reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination: Proven ability to work on strict deadlines while coordinating with multiple commercial, marketing, and global teams.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for crafting local content.
