Job Description
Account Manager - Dublin
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Dublin team. In this role, you’ll help us cultivate relationships with Greater Dublin's most highly regarded restaurants, helping them increase their online sales and maximise their growth potential.
Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Regional UK & Ireland team. We are the experts in the local markets we serve, responsible for driving performance across all four nations. This sub-team presents one of the biggest growth opportunities at Deliveroo, and you will be the face of the brand to our local restaurant partners.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Own Partner Relationships: Maintain and grow high-impact partnerships with top Greater Dublin restaurant partners through consistent face-to-face and remote engagement.
Drive Performance: Use data analysis and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and maximise order volume for your portfolio.
Negotiate & Optimise: Lead contract negotiations and partnership terms to ensure long-term value for both Deliveroo and our partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to improve restaurant efficiencies and accelerate order growth.
Be the Local Expert: Act as the primary point of contact and industry specialist for the Dublin region, innovating new ways to increase local market share.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and sustain effective professional relationships through various communication channels.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial drivers and comfort using data to inform decisions and strategy.
Negotiation Skills: A track record of achieving targets and successfully navigating complex negotiations.
Adaptability: Significant experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments with the ability to work autonomously.
Strategic Organisation: Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy schedule of partner meetings across Greater Dublin.
