• Lead the planning and execution of major product launches, flagship campaigns and partner marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, investment plans and measures of success.
• Manage partner marketing investment and budgets, ensuring activity delivers measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
• Work closely with commercial, product, digital, media, retail and agency teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and customer experiences.
• Monitor campaign and marketing performance, using data and insight to identify optimisation opportunities, improve effectiveness and inform future plans.
• Ensure all activity complies with partner brand guidelines, launch requirements and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to maximise the value of partnerships through new campaigns, propositions and marketing initiatives, acting as a trusted marketing lead for the relationship.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Strong marketing expertise, including campaign planning, channel optimisation, marketing effectiveness and performance measurement.
  • Experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans within a commercial environment.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with external stakeholders, partners, agencies or suppliers to deliver shared objectives.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience within telecommunications, mobile, technology or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Experience managing partner marketing, alliance marketing or co-marketing programmes.
  • Experience leading product launches or go-to-market activity.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and ROI reporting.
  • Experience working with large technology brands or strategic partners.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation.
  • Experience using marketing data and insight to drive decision-making and improve performance.
