Location: Warton. Hybrid – 3 days per week on site.

Job Description:

The Türkiye Typhoon Programme represents a major step forward in deepening international partnerships and expanding the global Typhoon enterprise.

Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring our customer is fully equipped, trained, and supported to operate the platform from day one.

Core duties:

  • Maintain Business Rhythm Calendar for Türkiye Organisation ensuring reviews flow and deadlines met in support of UK&I Senior Reviews, including facilitation and recording of actions.
  • Generate management reporting and facilitate in line with business requirements, on behalf of Türkiye Organisation including Contract Reviews, Business Reviews etc.
  • Lead the integration of inputs from the major work element teams (MWE) in support of the key recurring reviews e.g. QCR Review ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Lead sales and ops planning activities associated with the development of the Türkiye Organisation during the maturation of the solutions as well as the mobilisation activities.
  • Deliver Business Review and Reporting Improvements to enhance effectiveness, stakeholder engagement and enable business improvement initiatives.
  • Support in driving the Integrated Business Planning process from a Türkiye perspective linking strategy development and bid management to the assumptions, demanding planning and investment requirements. Lead the generation of IBP Phase 1 and Phase 2 reporting.
  • Support all business operations activities within the Türkiye organisation ensuring alignment with the Programme Director as well as the wider team including, commercial, finance, legal, manufacturing and engineering.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the application of Operational Framework, LCM Framework and other change management tools, policies and procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes and practices, with knowledge on how to tailor these as required
  • A natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders internally and externally across the business
  • Experienced line manager of Professional Staff
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands, influencing with consideration for the wider team
