Job Description:
You’ll join a fast-paced international trade environment supporting the delivery of Air sector assets to customers worldwide. Working across global import and export operations, you’ll help coordinate business activities, reporting, resource planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and compliantly within a highly regulated environment.
Collaborating with internal supply chain customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders, you’ll contribute to operational planning, performance monitoring and continuous improvement activities. Using reporting tools, dashboards and business metrics, this role offers excellent opportunities to develop experience in international trade, gain professional qualifications and build valuable experience within a dynamic and globally connected function.
Core duties:
- Overseeing team capacity planning, supporting recruitment, training and development aligned to future business requirements
- Coordinating communication between internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to support efficient trade operations
- Producing reports, dashboards and performance metrics to support forecasting, planning and operational strategy-making
- Supporting risk and opportunity activities, maintaining accurate records and contributing to business continuity planning
- Engaging with suppliers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve information flow across operations
Essential Skills:
- Previous people coordination experience, supporting team performance, development and operational delivery within business environments
- Experience working in business support, operations or HR-related roles within fast-paced organisations
- Demonstratable ability to manage resource planning, workload prioritisation and operational delivery across multiple concurrent activities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across different functions
- Considerable evaluative skills, compiling data and presenting recommendations through reports, dashboards and presentations
The International Trade Solutions Team:
Supporting global Air sector programmes, this function manages multi-layered international trade and logistics activities that keep critical operations moving efficiently. Working across evolving global markets, it drives compliance, operational excellence and customer delivery, while offering exposure to international trade, cross-functional collaboration and continuous business improvement.
