Missão: Realizar gestão técnica de prestadores de serviços, Empresas de Outsourcing de TI e de pessoal interno Helibras e Airbus LATAM de infraestrutura de redes, servidores, contratos e pagamentos, computadores, telecomunicações e suporte técnico (help desk) e garantir a execução dos projetos aprovados, de acordo com o budget, prazo e qualidade definidos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar o budget da área de Infra garantindo que a Operação e os Projetos fiquem dentro do budget e tempo, bem como Ser capaz de provisionar gastos com equipamentos para os anos seguintes.
  • Certificar que os serviços de monitoramento e performance de rede (servidores, MPLS, Internet, firewall, etc.) sejam realizados de acordo com os padrões pelos prestadores de serviço responsáveis pela atividade e tenha domínio da tecnologia utilizada.
  • Assegurar que todas as atividades de help desk e administração de telefonia fixa e celular, suporte à aparelhos celulares e smartphones, sistemas de áudio e videoconferência e rede de dados e voz sejam realizadas de acordo com os padrões pelos prestadores de serviços responsáveis.
  • Controlar as licenças de software e garantias de todos os ativos de Infraestrutura.
  • Gerenciar os SLAs (níveis de acordo de serviço) com as empresas subcontratadas para as atividades onde esse tipo de acordo existir.
  • Coordenar a atividade de contratos/ pagamentos com fornecedores.
  • Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor/ atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Gestão da Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas. Desejável formação em Gestão de Projetos.
  • Sólida experiência em Redes e Infraestrutura de TI.
  • Domínio das tecnologias (hardware e software), serviços específicos de rede, infraestrutura física e lógica de rede utilizados na empresa.
  • Visão geral de Telecomunicações e domínio de suporte à usuários e administração de computadores.
  • Habilidade de liderança para gestão da equipe interna e terceiros.
  • Desejável certificações em ITIL e COBIT.
  • Fluência em Português (verbal, leitura e escrita).
  • Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
  • Espanhol será um diferencial.

Mission: To oversee the technical management of service providers, IT outsourcing companies, and internal staff at Helibras and Airbus LATAM in the areas of network infrastructure, servers, contracts and payments, computers, telecommunications, and technical support (help desk), and to ensure the execution of approved projects in accordance with the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring that operations and projects remain within budget and on schedule, as well as being able to forecast equipment expenses for the coming years.
  • Ensure that network monitoring and performance services (servers, MPLS, Internet, firewall, etc.) are performed in accordance with standards by the service providers responsible for the activity and have a thorough understanding of the technology used.
  • Ensure that all help desk activities and the administration of landline and mobile telephony, support for mobile devices and smartphones, audio and videoconferencing systems, and data and voice networks are performed in accordance with standards by the responsible service providers.
  • Manage software licenses and warranties for all infrastructure assets.
  • Manage SLAs (service level agreements) with subcontractors for activities where such agreements exist.
  • Coordinate contract and payment activities with suppliers.
  • Identify and report to your manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in your sector; engage in technological research and the development of technological innovations related to your area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management or a related field. Project Management training is preferred.
  • Solid experience in IT Networks and Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in the technologies (hardware and software), specific network services, and the physical and logical network infrastructure used by the company.
  • Broad understanding of telecommunications and proficiency in user support and computer administration.
  • Leadership skills for managing internal teams and third parties.
  • ITIL and COBIT certifications are desirable.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, reading, and writing).
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
  • Spanish is a plus.
