Jigs & Tools Warehouse and Flowline Tool shop Operator

Job Description:

This position belongs to the warehouse and tool shop in the Jigs & Tools Department. Aims to execute daily operations efficiently, including goods receiving, warehousing, storage, distribution, reordering and tools management;

The position acts a key role in operating on warehouse/tool shop, to ensure accurate inventory management, safe workflow, and on time fulfilment of order requirements to support the production stability;

The position is responsible for assisting the superiors to optimize internal processes , ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards through continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for daily inbound and outbound operations of the warehouse/toolshop, to ensure error-free inbound and outbound, and timely completing document handling;

Execute standard processes such as goods receiving, warehousing, storage, distribution, reordering and tools management; maintain a clear storage area and orderly placement of goods; Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and hygiene standards: implement safety protocols (e.g., proper operation of equipment, fire prevention, hazard identification), and address potential safety risks promptly;

Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory checks on warehouse/toolshop, reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly, and assist in investigating the cause;

Responsible for the daily use, cleaning of warehouse equipment, report equipment failures timely to ensure operational safety;

Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to coordinate inbound/outbound schedules;

Conduct on job technical training for new employees;
