What the job is ...

This is a high-impact technical role where you will define the standards and architecture that secure our most critical information assets. As an Information Security Architect, you will move beyond mere compliance, focusing on creating the strategic technical roadmap and detailed designs for our security landscape.

You will partner with our solution architects and project managers to embed "security-by-design" into all enterprise systems and cloud environments. Your work will directly translate business needs into robust technical security requirements, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and Architect: Define, document, and maintain the enterprise-wide security architecture, including infrastructure, cloud, application, and data security domains.
  
• Strategic Roadmap: Develop the technical security roadmap aligned with business objectives, threat landscape changes, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
  
• Security-by-Design: Act as the subject matter expert to project teams, ensuring security requirements are integrated and validated early in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Standards and Patterns: Create and promote reusable security patterns, reference architectures, and standards to accelerate secure development and deployment.
  
• Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend new security technologies and products to enhance our defensive posture and simplify our security stack.
  
• Risk Mitigation: Translate IT risk assessment findings and identified vulnerabilities into concrete architectural remediation designs and implementation plans.
  

How you will contribute to the team

The Information Security Architect will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), serving as a critical pillar within the security leadership team. Your expertise will be key to shaping the technical direction of the entire security program, making you a vital partner in maintaining and advancing our organization's security posture and resilience.

We’re looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 8 years of progressive experience in information security, with a minimum of 4 years in a dedicated Security Architect role. You should have deep expertise across multiple security domains (e.g., Cloud Security, Network Security, Zero Trust, IAM) and a proven track record of designing large-scale, complex security solutions.

Certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, or TOGAF will make you a standout can didate.

Beyond deep technical acumen, we value individuals who can think strategically and communicate the value of architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and technical teams alike. You must be able to articulate complex architectural concepts clearly and confidently, driving consensus and adoption across the organization.
