Fluid/Hydromechanics &Thermal Development Engineering: Design, specify, qualify and certify for Fluid, Hydromechanic and Thermal Sub-system / Equipment / Component / Module considering the following factors: Safety, Quality, Systems Performance, Cost, Environmental, Operational and Industrial Requirements.

The job holder will be an Air and Thermal System Engineer based in Airbus India office in Bengaluru and is responsible for development of Air System equipment/sub-systems.

The scope would be to develop design specification, focal point for supplier RFP, supplier management, Testrig follow-up and analysis from test data, as well as supporting R&T activities.

The candidate is expected to take ownership of the equipment/sub-system development V Cycle, get involved in specification creation and represent the Air Systems Design Office in interacting with equipment suppliers for the development.

Required Education:
B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E., preferably with experience in the aerospace industry.

Required skills and expertise:
- Experience in Fluid Dynamics, Thermal engineering, Air System
- Strong knowledge and experience in System Engineering preferably in Aerospace domain
- Knowledge of DO160
- System Verification & Validation
- Experience in supplier steering/management
- Awareness of Aircraft certification process
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Knowledge of MBSE, Automation concepts & tools (Added advantage)
