Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day posting of general ledger entries, including preparing supporting working papers for accounting entries posted, conclusions reached and critically evaluating the information supplied by other groups to ensure the transaction entries are properly supported;

  • Make accruals, prepayments, provisions and other period-end adjustments; Oversee finance Internal Control and internal processes in comply with statutory and corporate requirements;

  • Perform month end closing and ensure timely delivery; Responsible for accounts reconciliation and issue various financial reports based on requirements from different stakeholders;

  • Collaborate with external auditors and take ownership for achieving sign-off on accounts for the annual statutory audit.

  • Prepare Tax Accounting calculations on monthly basis, including VAT exporting refund, DTA and DTL;

  • Prepare various reportings with SAFE and the statistics bureau;

  • Handle accounting documents archiving for incharge entities.
