Hybrid

We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Join us at the heart of our business in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

You’ll play a key role in helping keep VodafoneThree secure as we invest in building the UK’s best network and shaping the future of connectivity. As a Digital Investigations Specialist, you’ll work at the heart of Corporate Security, supporting digital investigations and forensic activities that protect our people, customers, and business. You’ll collaborate with teams across Legal, Cyber Security, and Corporate Security to ensure investigations run smoothly, data is handled securely, and systems operate efficiently.

  • Support digital and non-digital investigations, including misconduct, fraud, and high-risk cases, by preparing and managing evidence in line with legal and governance requirements

  • Support forensic examinations across devices, cloud platforms, and storage media, ensuring evidential integrity is maintained
  • Contribute to the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review preparation, and production
  • Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and case records to support investigations and legal proceedings
  • Produce reports, metrics, and insights to support operational performance, governance, and decision-making
  • Conduct and manage open-source intelligence (OSINT) activities to support investigations and risk assessments
  • Support the administration of forensic tools and platforms, including cloud-based environments, ensuring systems are secure, available, and well-managed

Who you are

  • Experience supporting digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative processes (typically 1–3 years or equivalent practical experience)
  • A good understanding of eDiscovery and digital forensic principles, including how data is prepared and handled for legal and investigative use
  • Familiarity with working on sensitive investigations, with the ability to handle data discreetly and responsibly
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DPA, or similar, and a commitment to following compliant processes
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, especially when working with data, evidence, and documentation
  • Experience or exposure to scripting or automation (e.g. PowerShell), cloud environments (such as AWS), or cyber/security teams is a plus
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and levels
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills in a fast-evolving environment
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance)
  • A collaborative and ethical approach, with a strong focus on doing the right thing and supporting team success
