Job Description

Role Purpose

To define and implement the strategy for the Enterprise business segment, developing marketing propositions, pricing, customer support and distribution channel management policy in line with Vodafone’s overall strategy, to ensure the growth and profitability of the business in this market segment.
To develop and implement the business strategy and organizational design for the new ICT department of Vodafone Albania, aiming at step changing our market share in managed IT services, IOT, and cloud computing.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Define, propose, and oversee the execution of the Enterprise business plan, aligning it with the business area's goals and the company's strategic and operational objectives
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing Plan for various Segments, Products, grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
• Design and lead the implementation of the base management plan – lifecycle, upsell/cross sell, renewal, proactive& reactive
• Manage and monitor Enterprise business performance against key metrics such as revenue, profitability, acquisitions, retention, competitive performance, NPS, and ARPU, taking proactive steps to achieve results.
• Ensure the effective achievement of set objectives across segments, products by establishing robust direct and indirect sales channels with motivated sales teams.
• Oversee sales operations in the enterprise market, fostering sales channel development to optimize business segment growth and achievement of objectives.
• Guarantee exceptional customer experiences across all sales channels, both direct and indirect, enhancing performance and effectiveness in existing channels and expanding into new channels
• Define and implement a comprehensive Enterprise marketing strategy to position Vodafone as the preferred Total Communications Provider for Vodafone Corporate, SME, and SOHO Customers in the business market
• Establish, propose, implement, and manage the budget for the Enterprise Business Unit to ensure it aligns correctly with sales, marketing, and sales support budgets with minimal deviations.
• Define and oversee quality procedures, researching and implementing new processes to enhance Business Unit efficiency.
• Act as a key leadership team member, contributing to the broader business and Business agenda.
• Support business improvement projects and engage with Group on critical projects relating to Enterprise.
• Manage, train, assess, and motivate staff in line with the company's policies to enhance motivation, productivity, and efficiency indicators.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• Extensive sales & marketing experience at executive level preferably in a Telecoms environment or IT environment
• Participated as part of senior leadership team and credible at board level
• Experience of leading and delivering business strategies and achieving successful business growth
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills. Ability to build successful partnerships for mutual benefit.
• Ability to work at a big picture level think strategically
• Strong financial management skills with experience of managing significant OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
• To lead the development and implementation of the Total Communications and data product development for Enterprise Customers proactively finding ways to increase our revenues through new opportunities. To ensure that we have the right resources and capabilities in Vodafone Albania to deliver this strategy
• To design and agree the objectives and targets for the Direct Sales teams.
