About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and support of global time and absence solutions. This role is ideal for an individual with strong hands-on experience in SF EC Time Off, exposure to end-to-end implementations, and an interest in working across complex, multi-country environments with integration touchpoints to SAP and third-party systems.

What you’ll do

Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions across global and regional deployments.
Work on at least one full lifecycle implementation project and contribute to ongoing production support activities.
Configure Time Off components including time types, time account types, time profiles, payout profiles, lookup tables, and custom fields.
Design and maintain business rules such as accruals, take rules, interim account updates, period-end processing, validation, propagation, termination, and filter rules.
Configure workflows, alerts, message definitions, and custom email notification templates.
Work with Employee Time and Time Sheet Entry object definitions, including MDF imports and exports.
Support regular absences, leave of absence scenarios, and timesheet applications; contribute to time tracking where applicable.
Collaborate with integration teams on data replication using Data Replication Proxy, APIs, and CPI-based interfaces.
Engage with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and support issue resolution.

Who you are

You bring 5–7 years of overall experience, with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
You have worked on at least one implementation or a global (multi-country) production support project.
You demonstrate strong understanding of absence management, leave processes, and timesheet functionality.
You have working knowledge of integrations, including Data Replication Proxy, and a foundational understanding of APIs and CPI.
Exposure to SF EC Time Sheet, Time Tracking, and SAP HCM Time Management is an advantage.
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
