About this Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in CI/CD practices and observability, ensuring system reliability, performance, and fast incident resolution.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software releases
• Automate manual processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the software development lifecycle
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and proactively resolve issues
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment and release processes
• Ensure system security, compliance, and implementation of best DevSecOps practices
• Manage version control systems and support code integration processes
• Maintain and improve system scalability, reliability, and performanceIdentify areas for continuous improvement in delivery pipelines and infrastructure
• Support incident management, change management, and deployment activities

Who you are

• 2-3 years of Experience in DevOps
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Solid understanding of observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS or similar) and containerized environments
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Scripting and automation skills
• Experience with incident response and production support
• Familiarity with DevOps metrics (e.g., DORA) and best practices
