About this role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to provide regulatory and legal guidance that supports Vodafone Business objectives in a highly dynamic telecommunications environment. The role focuses on identifying and managing regulatory risks, supporting global product development, coordinating with local markets, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced legal professional with strong communication abilities, a collaborative approach, and extensive regulatory expertise.

What you’ll do

  • Provide regulatory advice and compliance support to enable Vodafone Business to meet its strategic goals while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
  • Support global product development from a regulatory perspective, coordinating with local markets to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Manage regular reporting to telecommunications regulatory authorities in licensed countries, in partnership with local advisors.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with teams across Group Legal, Group Technology, Tax, and other key stakeholders to identify solutions aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Project manage regulatory initiatives, including licence applications and other regulatory programmes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of regulatory compliance processes and frameworks, supporting the digital transformation of Vodafone Business.

Who you are

  • A qualified legal professional with a degree in law.
  • A minimum of six years’ experience in commercial legal or contract management roles.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly accurate and detail‑oriented in your work.
  • Experienced in developing new practices and sharing best practices across teams.
  • Completion of the bar exam is an advantage.
