About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Product Manager to join our Corporate Applications ERP team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise in SAP Ariba and S4 Hana, who can lead end-to-end delivery of procurement solutions, manage technical and process-related issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies. The individual will also be responsible for analysing quarterly Ariba releases and guiding business stakeholders on new functionalities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead delivery of Ariba Sourcing, Guided Buying, and Procure-to-Order (P2O) solutions integrated with S4 MM.
  • Validate functional and technical designs provided by system integrators.
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, defects, and change requests.
  • Optimise and maintain test scripts for system changes.
  • Provide support to VIP users and deliver process improvements.
  • Coordinate migration and onboarding projects for customers and suppliers.
  • Establish and manage change and supplier management frameworks.
  • Deliver training and guidance to users on new functionalities and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across India, UK, and European markets to ensure seamless communication and reporting.

Who you are

  • A qualified BE/BTech graduate or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Ariba modules.
  • Proficient in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Guided Buying, P2O), S4 Hana, and MS Office tools.
  • Experienced in SAP OSS processes, IT ticket lifecycle, SLA/KPI reporting, and governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to discuss high-level architecture and validate technical solutions.
