About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Architect with deep expertise in Meraki SD-WAN and SD-LAN to design, evolve and launch enterprise-grade connectivity products for global business customers. Based in India and aligned to the VOIS Global Service Line (GSL), this role acts as the technical design authority across the full product lifecycle, balancing customer requirements, compliance, cost, quality and speed to market. The role is highly collaborative, working closely with Product Management, Commercial teams, Technology Product Owners, vendors, and local markets.

What you’ll do

Partner with Commercial, Product Management and Technology Product Owners to shape high-quality requirements and maintain a healthy product backlog.Translate functional and non-functional requirements into end-to-end technical solutions, including cost and effort estimation.Own and deliver high-level solution design, ensuring alignment with product requirements and architectural standards.Act as end-to-end technical design authority, covering service models, IT and network architecture, low-level design, security-by-design, privacy, and legal and regulatory compliance.Drive technical aspects of vendor engagement, setting priorities and influencing continuous product improvement.Support RFx creation, evaluation and supplier technical due diligence.Deliver technical product collateral such as Technical Service Descriptions, options papers, and product HLDs, and provide guidance to Solutions Consultants and delivery teams.Contribute to the in-life operating model, product lifecycle management and orderly end-of-life planning.Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and SLA expectations.Identify opportunities to enhance the connectivity product portfolio through innovation and adoption of emerging SDN technologies.Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Who you are

Essential experience and knowledge

  • Proven hands-on expertise in Meraki SD-WAN and SD-LAN solutions.
  • Strong background in enterprise network infrastructure, SDN and NFV concepts, and associated systems and tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering technically and operationally complex products under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, changing priorities and follow through to delivery.
  • Confidence working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Clear, inclusive and effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle activities from design through to in-life management and retirement.
  • Relevant higher education in networking, computer science or a related technical discipline.

Desirable experience

  • Exposure to both fixed and mobile network environments.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Prior solution design leadership for multinational telecom services.
  • Knowledge of cloud and cloud-native concepts (e.g. AWS, GCP, containers, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of software development, DevOps practices, APIs and API gateways.
  • Familiarity with next-generation orchestration and assurance platforms.

Language

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
