What you’ll do
Vodafone Travel eSIM is a start-up within a global tech leader – combining the agility of a start-up with the scale and resources of a multinational. We’re building innovative digital services for the travel industry, helping millions of international travellers stay connected easily and affordably while abroad. Our ambition? To become the travel connectivity provider of choice for travellers worldwide.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting journey. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive growth through bold marketing strategies, data-driven decisions, and creative campaigns. You’ll own consumer marketing activities end-to-end, working in a fast-paced environment that rewards innovation and impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead growth marketing initiatives for Vodafone Travel eSIM, from acquisition campaigns to retention strategies.
- Own and co-create consumer propositions and marketing communications, including segmented and time-bound promotions.
- Manage creative and marketing agencies, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
- Drive consumer insights and competitive analysis, shaping our global marketing calendar.
- Collaborate across teams – from Commercial, Growth, Partnerships to Digital Marketing – to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum impact.
- Support loyalty schemes and CVM initiatives in partnership with specialist teams.

Who you are
- Experienced in B2C growth marketing, with a strong understanding of digital services and customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledgeable about the travel industry and evolving customer behaviours.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to turn insights into action.
- Skilled in working with agencies and influencing stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment – agile, proactive, and ready to lead change.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What's in it for you
Yearly bonus: 10%
Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
Charity days: 5 days/year
Maternity leave: 52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
