About this Role

We are seeking a Global HR Analytics Specialist to design, implement, and deploy advanced HR analytical models using Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will focus on developing scalable AI/ML solutions tailored to global HR data, enabling predictive insights and strategic decision-making. The position is based in Pune with a hybrid working model.

What you will do

  • Build and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI to address HR challenges such as attrition prediction, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
  • Develop analytical models leveraging Python, Machine Learning, and BigQuery.
  • Utilise Generative AI capabilities to enhance HR insights, automate reporting, and improve employee experience through intelligent solutions.
  • Collaborate with SuccessFactors product owners and data teams to gather and understand business requirements for analytics and insights.
  • Understand GCP data models, perform queries using BigQuery, and analyse data to reconcile issues at the process and semantics layer.
  • Define and develop GCP semantics models and global HR data analytics architecture for various HR systems.

Who you are

  • Strong experience in Python, Machine Learning, Vertex AI, BigQuery, SQL, and GCP.
  • Exposure to Generative AI tools and frameworks in HR contexts.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of global HR processes, preferably in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • 10–12 years of experience in AI/ML model development with BigQuery and other data processing languages.
  • Expertise in data visualisation and advanced querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
