Job Description
Role Purpose
To supervise daily finance operations, ensure strong financial controls, and coordinate operational finance activities across M-Pesa Finance.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise finance operational activities and staff
- Monitor daily reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls
- Coordinate issue resolution across finance operations
- Support process automation and system enhancements
- Monitor operational risks and escalation management
- Support audit and compliance activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Operational issue resolution time
- Reconciliation completion rate
- Team productivity
- Audit findings closure rate
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Experience in fintech or telecom preferred
