IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your Responsibilities:

• L2 Application Support & Operations: You perform day-to-day L2 support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for vital business applications (CRM, ERP, billing systems, API gateways), ensuring high operational availability.
• Incident Management & Problem Reduction: You manage incident resolution, problem management, configuration changes, and batch processing, proactively driving down trouble tickets and service request trends.
• Automation & Process Efficiency: You identify automation opportunities, streamline operational workflows to reduce costs, and deliver measurable performance improvements against operational KPIs.
• Technical Roadmaps & Capacity Planning: You lead WAR ROOM investigations and contribute to technical roadmaps through systematic capacity planning and hardware assessments.
• Vendor & SLA Governance: You align with internal support teams and external suppliers in periodic governance meetings, monitoring SLAs/KPIs and handling technical escalations effectively.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record in IT system administration, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP), and supporting enterprise applications in production.
• Technical Skills: Strong administration experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform (CPQ, CLM, CRM), Linux system administration, networking, SQL databases, REST APIs, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); experience with Apache Superset is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capabilities, structured troubleshooting approach, and effective communication under pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
