About this Role

We are seeking a senior learning and development professional to lead the strategic design, delivery, and expansion of VOIS’s skills and capability agenda within Corporate Functions. Based in Pune and reporting to the Head of HR CoE, this role is accountable for building a robust training academy ecosystem, driving delivery excellence at scale, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver leadership, behavioural, and functional learning solutions aligned to business priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Drive end-to-end excellence in learning delivery across regions, including ownership of Train-the-Trainer initiatives to enable scalable deployment, build internal facilitator capability, and ensure consistent delivery standards.
  • Own and manage the P&L for the Skills Delivery Service, with accountability for revenue realisation, cost optimisation, utilisation, and overall financial performance, while identifying opportunities for service growth and expansion.
  • Deliver a world-class learning experience through strong content governance, facilitator capability, innovative delivery methods, and continuous feedback integration to improve learner outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with business and market stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand evolving capability needs and position VOIS as a preferred partner for leadership, behavioural, and functional learning solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of bespoke leadership development and SAFe programmes across markets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable capability outcomes.
  • Design and implement behavioural learning interventions using established frameworks such as Six Thinking Hats and Stephen Covey principles to enhance leadership effectiveness.

Who you are

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives to long-term business objectives.
  • A professional with strong business acumen, capable of delivering value-led, scalable learning solutions.
  • Experienced in leveraging industry trends, including AI and digital transformation, to enhance learning strategies and delivery models.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing, and building trusted relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Proficient in programme and change management, with the ability to drive adoption in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Able to apply the ADDIE model to structure learning design, implementation, and evaluation, tailoring solutions to diverse business contexts to drive engagement and sustained capability building.
  • Brings 12–20 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Services within global environments, with proven expertise in designing, delivering, and scaling leadership, behavioural, and functional learning programmes.
  • Demonstrates strong facilitation and training delivery capability, including building and scaling Train-the-Trainer models.
  • Has experience in business partnering or consulting-led roles, aligning L&D solutions to business needs and delivering measurable outcomes.

Possesses a good understanding of learning technologies (LMS/LxP) and experience working with diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
