About this Role
We are seeking an IT Business Partner to lead and shape the IT agenda for the CARE service line, supporting service redesign, optimisation, and sustainable growth. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business and technology, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value. The individual will represent IT across the CARE Service Line Leadership Team, drive innovation through technology, and enable effective change adoption across complex operational environments.
What you will do
- Align IT strategy and initiatives with CARE service line objectives to enable business outcomes and long-term growth.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, prioritised IT requirements.
- Define and evolve a forward-looking technology roadmap that improves efficiency, service quality, and competitive advantage.
- Evaluate, recommend, and shape technology solutions that enhance customer service operations and support innovation.
- Oversee IT initiatives across the CARE tower, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, benefits, and KPIs.
- Act as a single point of accountability for IT at service line leadership forums, managing escalations and dependencies.
- Enable successful change by supporting communication, training, and adoption of new systems and platforms.
- Contribute to IT financial planning by forecasting demand-driven costs, tracking benefits, and supporting cost optimisation.
Who you are
- A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to translate organisational goals into effective IT solutions.
- Experienced in enterprise or domain architecture, IT product management, or large-scale platform leadership.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across complex, matrix environments.
- Knowledgeable in customer service and enterprise operations systems, including CRM and care platforms.
- Confident working with cloud technologies, integration patterns, and data analytics tools.
- Skilled in balancing multiple priorities, managing demand pipelines, and delivering outcomes through collaboration.
- A clear communicator with a results-focused mindset and a track record of driving business improvement through technology.
