About this Role
We are seeking a Change Manager to support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes across Financial Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and IT. This role is pivotal in translating strategic change plans into actionable interventions, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and supporting impacted teams through transitions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in change execution, thrive in dynamic environments, and be passionate about enabling people through change. The position is based in Egypt, Romania, or India and sits within the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE).
What you’ll do
- Execute change management strategies aligned with transformation programmes.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness checks.
- Deliver change interventions including communications, training, and coaching.
- Maintain key change artefacts such as stakeholder maps and communication plans.
- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to support adoption.
- Track and report on change adoption metrics and feedback.
- Collaborate with programme leads, delivery teams, and communication teams.
- Identify and escalate change risks and resistance.
- Support local market teams in executing change plans.
- Champion change at the team level to foster engagement and resilience.
Who you are
- Experienced in managing change within transformation programmes with atleast 10 years of experience
- Skilled in both agile and waterfall delivery models.
- Strong communicator with facilitation and coaching capabilities.
- Able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Certified in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci, CMI) – mandatory.
- Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) – preferred.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – preferred.
- Familiar with resistance management and behavioural change strategies.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
