About this Role
We are seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join the Corporate Functions Service Tower (CFST), a global organisation supporting Finance, HR, Data Analytics and Security services. The role is responsible for shaping scalable business solutions, advancing enterprise architecture practices, and driving platform adoption across Corporate Functions. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the successful candidate will help define solution strategy, enable innovation through AI and automation, and ensure solutions are scalable, customer-centric and aligned to governance standards. This position is based in India or Hungary and reports to the Solution Strategy and Platform Optimisation Lead
What you’ll do
Define and optimise existing and future business capabilities and solutions, ensuring readiness for growth, innovation and evolving customer needs.
Shape Corporate Functions’ solution strategy and architect scalable, cost-efficient solutions leveraging technologies such as AI and automation.
Own the solution design lifecycle from ideation and concept development through detailed architecture and implementation.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to deliver practical, user-centred and scalable solutions.
Ensure all solutions comply with architectural principles, governance frameworks and established guardrails.
Contribute to the evolution of architecture strategy, frameworks, standards and governance practices across Corporate Functions.
Identify and help close architectural gaps while supporting the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
Use adoption metrics and insights to prioritise high-impact improvements across platforms, processes and operating models.
Drive improvements in automation, standardisation, efficiency, customer experience and platform utilisation.
Prepare data-driven updates for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including SAP, to deliver strategic outcomes and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships across Finance, HR, SCM, IT and other business areas while supporting architectural excellence and innovation
Who you are
Proven experience (5+ years) delivering business and solution architecture across complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Strong knowledge of systems, processes and service operations, particularly across Finance, HR and Supply Chain Management domains.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaborating with business and technology teams at all organisational levels.
Experience in customer consultancy and presenting strategic concepts that drive value-led outcomes.
Strong understanding of Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Solution Design and Requirements Engineering.
Experience defining and documenting architecture artefacts, including workflows, wireframes, integrations and user journeys.
Able to evaluate and recommend solutions aligned to business objectives and customer requirements.
Passionate about delivering customer-focused, scalable, reusable and efficient solutions.
Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams and programmes.
Familiarity with agile ways of working and supporting organisational change.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise technologies including ERP platforms, Data & Analytics solutions, RPA, AI and Microsoft technologies.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience supporting transformation, digitalisation and innovation initiatives.
