Role Purpose

Managing reginal Acquisition Sales team to ensure that SME/SOHO Acquisition channel is meeting customer excellence standards while Create a visible step change versus our competition to gain new market share .

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage team up to 8 outsourced sales executives to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets.
  • Increase VF market share by leading a strong sales team to acquiring a new account and achieving the team Quota.
  • Managing and distribution Sales according to territory to maximize opportunities to increase sales YOY
  • Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams
  • Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital #1 strategy
  • #1 NPS with our #1 acquisitions experience on individual account basis
  • Making sure of adherence to all VF policies and procedures.
  • People Training calendar plan . Ongoing positive feedback and coaching.
  • Providing his Team members with all the needed work requirements (Handsets, Lines, Offers, Business cards & Letter Heads designed)
  • Avoid any OOS.
  • Smooth and easy communication with all VF stakeholder’s channels.
  • Following VF standards to make sure of sales quality and business acquired.
  • Expanding our channel reach nationwide to gain bigger share of new acquisitions.
  • Initiate our business lounges to provide business products and services.
  • Work on a coverage plan nationwide in order to insure our brand visibility at our dealer’s outlets all over the trade.
  • Ensure the smooth and consistent flow of products and services through the VNF channels.
  • Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the look and feel. Inspiration.
  • Consecutive visits to the selected locations to ensure the best customer experience
  • Promos and incentives in place to achieve sales numbers.
  • Monitor our market circulation & stability through a mystery shopping scheme.
  • Providing our teams with required data to support their situation in the market.
  • Ongoing training sessions to our sales reps. for enhancing our customer experience.
  • Tactical contest plans to motivate & stimulate our sales reps. Performance.
  • Submit & Consolidate reports

Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of successful corporate sales experience in Sales, B2B Corporate sales, ideally its an advantage if within the Telecom and Technology sectors.
  • Computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Negotiation, communication skills, organization skills, presentation skills

  • Stakeholder Management
