ABOUT THE JOB

As part of our Nordic Finance team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity while collaborating with colleagues across TUI. In this position, you will:

  • Guide our financial reporting cycles – monthly, quarterly and annual – ensuring TUI Nordic's results meet our Group policies and compliance standard.
  • Take ownership of specific accounting areas within our Nordic tour operations, including thorough balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage the Intercompany process for designated areas, coordinating recharges between different TUI companies with precision and care
  • Support our mandatory reporting to Swedish authorities, including Skatteverket and SCB, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the Nordic Finance team, as well as external partners including tax authorities and auditors

ABOUT YOU

  • You've developed solid knowledge of Swedish accounting principles, corporate tax regulations, and VAT requirements. You're comfortable navigating ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) and are an accomplished Excel user who can handle complex financial data with confidence.
  • Your strong numerical abilities and analytical mindset allow you to interpret financial information effectively, spot trends and provide valuable insights that support business decisions.
  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, expressing complex financial concepts clearly in writing and conversation – an essential skill for working across our international business.

  • You enjoy being part of a team and thrive when collaborating with diverse colleagues across different countries and functions, building positive relationships that help achieve shared goals.
