Technical Account Manager – Business Development

Location: Sunderland, Dublin, or Leeds
Reporting to: Head of Business Development Strategy

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager who can help us take Flutter Bingo and Tombola’s Bingo & Arcade products to the next level.

In this pivotal role, you’ll sit at the heart of our partner ecosystem, owning relationships, driving product evolution, and ensuring flawless delivery for both existing and future partners. You’ll be the connector — the person who understands our partners’ ambitions, translates them into action, and works with our internal teams to make them happen.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead key product initiatives across new and existing partners, turning their priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Own and shape the development roadmap for our Bingo and Arcade products, ensuring alignment across business, product, and partner needs.
  • Act as the primary technical touchpoint for partners — guiding integrations, managing testing, and delivering seamless go-lives.
  • Run product consultations and discovery sessions to capture requirements and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Drive product optimisation by identifying adoption gaps, performance trends, improvement opportunities, and ensuring execution.
  • Analyse partner and product performance data to support prioritisation and long-term strategy.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and remove blockers across technical and operational teams.
  • Provide insight and influence in evaluating new product ideas and development initiatives.
  • Train and enable partners with onboarding resources, documentation, and technical walkthroughs.
  • Communicate Tombola’s platform, products, APIs, and data feeds clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Shape a best-in-class product proposition and refine sales and partner materials.
  • Collaborate with wider Flutter teams globally to align and amplify shared initiatives.
  • Keep a pulse on industry, competitor, and regulatory trends to inform innovation.

What we’re looking for

Essential experience & attributes

  • Strong understanding of the Bingo and/or Casino market — or clear motivation to develop it fast.
  • Proven track record in building strong partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical and operational delivery.
  • Outstanding communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Technically confident — able to read API docs, integration specs, and platform requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using data to guide decisions.

Desirable

  • Experience in commercial, Bingo gaming, casino, or e-commerce environments.
  • Background in technical, product, or programme delivery roles.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps or complex projects.
  • Passion for Bingo and Arcade games.
  • Proven partner relationship management experience.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand wider business drivers.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and partner events.
