What you'll build

The Partner Alliance Manager for the Sell and Service segment is responsible for helping manage a current portfolio of managed Sell and Service partners. This individual will be responsible for supporting and managing these partner relationships, supporting their growth and the partner’s business plan, while also supporting the SAP Concur pipeline through the growth of these partnerships. This person will also be responsible for helping to research and support new partnership opportunities in this market space. The successful candidate will be results-driven, a self-starter, work collaboratively, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They will execute both directly and indirectly through other teams at Concur and through partner organizations. This candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage current Sell and Service partner relationships, supporting their business initiatives and planning growth strategies to support their needs.
  • Support partners through proactive engagement, reactive problem-solving, and formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), both virtually or in person.
  • Align with the Territory Engagement Manager (TEM) on the Partner Sales team to support their pipeline growth efforts.
  • Work alongside the SAP Concur sales leadership team to provide education and connections to the managed partners and support sales and SDR pipeline campaigns.
