Time schedule: 40 hours/week

As a member of the Procure to Pay team, you will be able to transform your theoretical accounting knowledge into practice by focusing on the dedicated process and tasks in areas of processing of incoming vendor invoices and related communication. You will be responsible for timely and precise fulfilment of various tasks.

You'll support spend operations by assisting with the management of accounts payable, payments, and expense reporting tasks under the guidance of more experienced professionals. Contributing to the maintenance of accurate financial spend records, supporting cash flow analysis, and helping to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of accounting are part of the regular work.

  • Conduction of monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable
  • Responses to client queries (internal and external)
  • Contact with vendors via email and ticketing system
  • Close collaboration and communication with internal customers and SAP subsidiaries

What you'll bring

You have a foundational understanding of spend management, financial reporting, and accounts payable processes. Familiarity with how source-to-pay workflows operate and driving process improvement. We expect you to have analytical thinking and attention to detail. You should make data-driven decisions and be interested in business transformation. It is also important to be willing to learn about spend management tools.

  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Certificate of Secondary education at the minimum
  • Business or accounting education is an advantage
  • Responsive and customer-oriented with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work in international teams and environment

Where you belong

In this paid role you will be a part of a great team of individuals from different countries, representing different cultures. This Accounts Payable team has 18 colleagues, and it is divided into three sub-teams that have own coordinator, and back-up structure. Team is multicultural and supportive, with great team spirit, open-minded and strives for friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We are looking for someone who will share the same values.

You'll work in a structured, compliance-focused financial operations environment where accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity are the standard. Access to mentorship, hands-on exposure to source-to-pay processes and financial reporting tools, and structured involvement in spend operations and reporting activities are part of working here. This role suits someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundations in spend management and contribute to SAP's financial health and operational efficiency.
